We were set up by friends on a hot June day in 2023—though only Adam knew it was a setup. Leslie had no idea until she was saying goodbye and found out. Thankfully, our friends setup another hang out with a relaxed BBQ where we finally got to talk. A few days later, we grabbed ice cream at Braum’s on the 4th of July, and everything just clicked. A little over a year later, Adam proposed during a surprise wine and paint night—he even painted Leslie’s portrait. Now, we’re planning our wedding in France and couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Adam was born and raised in Belgium, where his family still lives. He moved to the States for college and, years later, met the love of his life. Leslie grew up in a small Oklahoma town, dreaming of a love story filled with meaning—and maybe a few adventures. When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew they wanted something intimate, intentional, and full of wonder. With most of Adam’s family overseas, they decided to lean into the dream and celebrate in a French château.
